women of walmart

Well, I'm not too proud of myself, but I can say I had a lot of fun on this tattoo. I have posted the preliminary sketches and the final product. Chad is a fun client of mine and he always asks for something a little out of the ordinary. He wanted a trashy-looking "rough" marion-resident-esque lady for his arm and I was more than happy to oblige. She comes complete with too-tight tank-top, cig, belly-button ring, house arrest anklet, and "JUICY" tagged sweatpants. Way too much fun. I am also throwing in some sketches drawn from Terminator Salvation stills of Bryce Dallas Howard. Shes hot. Sorry honey.

And, as promised, here's an "in progress" tattoo that I started on Aubrey. She used to work at the shop and is a total sweetheart, so this was fun to work on all the way around. As much as I love drawing skulls and bats and "evil" things, I equally enjoy drawing cutesy, big-eyed, cartoony animals. We got through the outline and colored two of the critters before we both tapped out. It's a pretty decent sized tattoo. This one is "jungle" themed. She also has a tattoo with all "domesticated" animals in it that I did. . . i.e. a cat, dog, bird, goldfish, and rat, and has already decided that the next one will be "polar" animals.
