new old stuff

I love drawing on the markerboard because you can constantly refine the drawing and do it really big and free-flowing.  That being said, these prumpkins are still in the sketch stage, but I want to do something more with them.  It would be really cool if someone actually liked them enough to get something like it tattooed. Until then it'll be crosses and kids names.
I've had this acrylic wood painting sitting around for a couple years now, I think I've posted it maybe once. It's hanging in the shop now and although I really like it I really just want to get rid of it or trade it with someone.  I've only had a handful of people look at it and get what I was trying to do.  It's a star wars reference if you're lost. It's a handless Luke hanging from an antenna on cloud city.  If any one of the 2 people who look at this blog are interested in it, let me know. That's all for today.  I've got some cool stuff down the pipe though, including a drawing for my first half- sleeve.  Thanks for looking.

I finished this zombie on Zach's side.  It's probably the biggest single-piece tattoo I have done.
An old neighbor of mine came in and got this honey bee, her family raises?bees.  It was something cool for me.  I haven't got to do too many bugs.
And finally, I finished Jeff's Buffalo/Eagle/Ohio state flag chestpiece, my first completed chestpiece.  He wanted it in all black and grey, which broke my heart, but what can you do?

an apple a day. . .

. . . something fun for a change. . .

. . . and this is a chestpiece i started on homie Jeff. He does some really nice abstract type illustration which you can check out at jeffbeaverart.com

Tattoos

Here's a tattoo i did on Gage Waltz, a screamer for an up and coming local band "It Was April". No that's not a stage name. That's his birth name. Anyway, his brother drew this heart and the thorn thing was entirely his idea I just changed it up to make it more tattooable.
Also, here's some script i did. the photo sucks because of the glare on the swelling but i think it turned out ok.

I haven't figured out how to actually post a picture between paragraphs, it seems like no matter what i do it puts the photo up top. So if anyone has an idea, let me know. Thanks.
